Why Does Property Makes Great Security?
We all want to make sure our money is as secure as possible when investing it. Unfortunately there are no guarantees anymore, however we can offer you the best possible security available by securing your money against property. So why does property make such great security? For many good reasons, such as; land is scarce in the UK, and if the population continues to grow at the rate it has in the last 5 years due to the birth rate and immigration, we would need to build a city the size of Birmingham every 10 years!
House prices have risen nationally by 428% since the Halifax began tracking historical UK house prices in 1983. According to data from HMRC the number of UK commercial property transactions has reached its highest level since the credit crunch, with 115,400 sales in the last year, a 6% jump, according to the latest figures. With your money secured with a first charge against UK property you can rest assured that you are getting the best security available.
What if there is a downturn?
With the surge of interest from overseas investors, even if the UK market has a downturn there will always be investment from abroad from countries with growing economies such as China and Russia. ABF only lend out at an 80% loan to value ratio so that even if there is a downturn in the UK property market the property is recoverable against any loan paid out. Your investment is always secured against fully owned UK property and as the statistics show is going up in value and not down.
Without our investors we can’t offer bridging loans for property investments it’s as simple as that. We are a forward thinking company and believe in a win win scenario for all. We charge 18% for our bridging loans and can therefore offer excellent rates of return for clients investing in us. With the current interest rates of around a dire 2% we believe we offer on of the best rates of return available in the UK with the highest security.
Some people like to know that they are at least aware of the majority of the income options available in the financial marketplace.
Sometimes we feel good just knowing that we have a higher rate of return than other investors. Other people like to share that their research and prudence gave them more income that they would have had without research and planning.
There can be nothing worse than realising you’re missing out on an income opportunity that could have gone in your wallet and given you more to spend monthly.
Start your smart investing now and reap the rewards for years to come.
